How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled on the same day that the order was placed. At the end of each day, the order is placed into production and cannot be cancelled. Please contact sales@shopnocatee.com if you want to cancel an order.
How do I return an item?

How long does it take to receive my items?
You can expect to receive your products in 10-14 business days. Due to increasing demand and the global supply shortages, production times have been affected and production times will vary. However, products will ship as soon as they are ready, so you may receive some products before others.
My shipment only had some of my items. Where is the rest of my order?
Some products are shipped separately. If you are concerned that there is a mistake, please email sales@shopnocatee.com.
What if I have an idea for a product?

Can I pick up my products at Resident Services or the Welcome Center?
Local pick-up is not available. All products will be shipped directly to you.
